Design Centre Stories

The Ultimate Resource

Ralph Lauren Home has opened its first stand-alone showroom at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour. The 250 sqm space offers the most comprehensive presentation of the brand’s home collections in Europe, including furniture, lighting, rugs, fabric, bedlinen and decorative accessories.

The brand’s offering is vast and can all be ordered through the showroom – but what’s on show is a curated edit of two signature lifestyle collections.

Penthouse features sculptural forms and sleek silhouettes in rosewood, lacquer, polished steel and channelled leather: key pieces include the art-deco-inspired ‘Duke’ bar and the moderne-style ‘Hudson Street’ lounge chair. Estate marries English sensibility with an American spirit and incorporates rich mahogany furnishings layered with traditional plaids, Scottish tartans and handsome crocodile embossed leather. look out for the 19th-century-inspired ‘Brook Street’ desk and alongside distinctive lighting, barware and accessories. Lighting complements each look, from custom chandeliers to equestrian-inspired pieces in saddle-leather-wrapped brass with whipstitch detailing.

The fabric collection is extensive, featuring signature florals and damasks, ticking stripes, tartans and plaids and performance fabrics, alongside leathers in a variety of colours and distinctive finishes.

The showroom spills out on to a pretty private terrace, where clients can enjoy Ralph Lauren hospitality alongside the brand’s blue and white outdoor fabrics and its exclusive tableware collaboration with British maker Burleigh.

With customisation options available, the showroom aims to be the ultimate resource for design professionals.
