Freshly Does It

Set around a smart circular bar laden with appetising salads and sweet treats, the South Dome Deli makes a tempting stop-off for rest and rejuvenation during London Design Week 2018. Breakfast options include bagels and granola, while lunch service features a salad menu with options such as tomato, mozzarella and basil, and chargrilled vegetables; add a meat or fish option as an extra boost. Cakes and pastries are served up all day.

Proving that pastels can be punchy, there are bold prints used on the bar and on the perimeter walls – ‘Lotus’ wallcovering by Galbraith & Paul from Tissus d’Hélène, and ‘Macallan Wall’ by Rubelli Venezia, from Rubelli/Donghia. ‘Rose Ash Lt’ paint, by Sanderson from Style Library, complements the scheme, and even the aprons – in ‘Marble Stripe’ by Rebecca Atwood from George Spencer Designs – sound a harmonious note. Quirky giant pencils in seasonal colours line the front welcome desk.
