Collective Energy

A new arrival to the South Dome, Collier Webb makes luxury, handcrafted lighting, furniture, mirrors and hardware, such as this ‘Cep’ table lamp in a dark bronze finish. It is made at the firm’s British foundry, where the body, stem and shade are spun by hand from thick sheets of brass.

The new showroom sits adjacent to sister companies Gainsborough and McKinney & Co, and according to head of design and project management, “It has been designed to reflect our strong artisanal roots, with an abundance of sustainable timber surfaces; this also enables us to provide a creative space for our clients.” With Collier Webb’s bespoke work on the rise, the space has everything a designer needs to make their concepts a reality: “We have a vast collection of metal, wood, leather and glass samples to see, along with some examples of our making processes, from hard-carved to 3D printed moulds.”
