David Seyfried Ltd celebrates 40 years in business in 2024, 30 of which have been spent at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, making the brand one of the oldest in the building. To celebrate these milestones, a raft of new pieces have been released.

The popular Editor’s collection has been expanded with a swivel chair version (pictured below left), while the ‘Wave’ sofa, with its undulating back, now comes in a version with a padded back. The ‘Onslow’ sofa (pictured top) taps in to the trend for more traditional, decorative detailing with a button back and ruffled dressmaker’s skirt.

David Seyfried Ltd frequently partners with interior designers to develop new pieces, and this season sees a collaboration with Howark Design: the ‘Howark’ sofa (pictured above) been designed with bay windows in mind. Meanwhile, Carlos Garcia’s fabrics are available to upholster the ‘Devonshire’ sofa.

Founded in 1984 by Lord Herbert, David Seyfried Ltd’s classic, stylish furniture is accompanied by customer service, attention to detail and commitment to quality. Its furniture is made in Long Eaton, Derbyshire, known as the furniture upholstery capital of the UK.
