The Inspiration Gallery at Focus/23 is where technology, art and design come together. Samsung’s The Frame is dream for interior designers and design-lovers – a smart TV that looks like a picture frame, which can display iconic works of art or your very own photography when turned off.

This unique concept has inspired this installation in the Design Avenue, where The Frame televisions showing digital art hang next to curated real-life art, and pieces from the Design Centre’s showrooms. The Design Centre’s creative director Arabella McNie sourced all the art from Panter & Hall – also a House Guest at this year’s show – complementing the digital artwork, either thematically or chromatically, from colourful landscapes to still lives. The Inspiration Gallery shows just what fine bedfellows technology and interiors can make when they come together.
