Isabel Fletcher

Isabel is a textile artist exploring the way overlooked production offcuts act as portals into the craft of their industry. Reframing disregarded offcuts as glimpses into the craft of making, she aims to increase empathy for possessions and encourage a reduction in waste.

Working across both art and design, Isabel has collaborated with brands including Kvadrat, for which she was an artist in residence presenting speculative designs from the textile manufacturer’s production offcuts.

Isabel Fletcher is exhibiting as part of Future Heritage.
