English Decoratives

Diane Marsland is a decorative artist who is totally immersed in the exploration of pattern. Having emerged from behind the scenes as a background girl in textile manufacturing, she now works with clients on unique hand-painted pieces for murals, wallpaper and fabric interior accessories.

At Formed with Future Heritage, she will showcase Dynamic Chinoiserie, which experiments with this classic style – the result of asking herself how far the boundaries of chinoiserie can be stretched by playing with paint, motifs and surface interest.
