Eleanor Pritchard

Weaver Eleanor Pritchard is delighted to present a new collection of hand-woven wall hangings, expanding and re-examining her repertoire from a fresh perspective.

Working with natural materials – linen, cotton, nettle and wool – in a palette of ink, rust, earth, bone and parchment, Pritchard revisits her signature geometric patterns with a new, painterly approach. Weft yarns escape from weave structures and are allowed to float across the surface of the cloth – creating undulating textures, blurred pattern and movement.

Eleanor Pritchard is exhibiting as part of Future Heritage.
