Studio Lux
Studio Lux is an architectural and artistic hybrid practice from London which embraces the novel combination of 3D design, the latest computer-controlled cutting and considered materials for its artistic products. The Keep Moving collection draws on ideas of perpetual dynamism and light. It arose when marble off-cuts were encountered in London stone yards; principal designer Hongdi Li saw their resemblance to the colours and textures of planets. Through modern industrial techniques and traditional craftsmanship, the materials were transformed into a unique, polychrome collection.
