John Paul Jones
John Paul Jones produces seaweed-infused premium rums that channel the spirit of a legendary Scottish-born buccaneer. Infused with seaweed, hand-picked from his birthplace, every drop of its pioneering liquid drips with his lust for adventure.
Its signature ‘Lowland’ rum (a WSWA Gold medal winner and finalist in the Great British Food Awards) is a complex flavoured rum with maritime salty notes, complementing the quintessential flavours of vanilla and honey. ‘Ranger’ is a white rum, flavoured with apples and limes for a smooth, balanced and light finish. ‘Providence’ has been laid down in a single quarter-cask for 18 months; only 156 bottles will be released – each one numbered and presented in its own display box.
