Designs on Fine Food
The North Dome’s Tatler restaurant is FOCUS/15’s dedicated space for fine food and convivial conversation. Set amid mature potted trees, its curvy walls shelter a central bar and scattered tables, all in this year’s signature shade of pale turquoise. Different patterns have been used on the inside and the outside of the walls: on the inside, ‘Niumi’ (W908/03) by Black Edition at Romo, an abstract watercolour floral, was chosen for its restful qualities, while the outside uses ‘Limitless’ (13) by Jonathan Adler at Kravet, a blue chevron pattern to catch the eye of passers-by. A special menu was devised by Absolute Taste, and served by waiting staff in smart ‘Niumi’ patterned aprons.
