I’m renovating my bathroom and I’d like to do it in a more sustainable way. Can you point me in the direction of some products?

What about incorporating these ‘Brasserie Hex’ tiles from Artisans of Devizes? They’re made from recycled glass and have a distractive matt finish, and the range of colours is good, too, including neutrals such as white and sand, and brighter tones such as pink and the turquoise pictured here. It’s also worth looking at Ann Sacks’ ‘Crackle’ tiles, available from West One Bathrooms, which are made from recycled waste clay – even the glazes are left over from the manufacturing process.
