Design Centre Stories

On the Style Radar

DSC_3951_EDIT_STYLERADARCoco Chanel famously said ‘I want to be part of what is going to happen’. And that, of course, is what design shows are all about – getting inspired by what’s on the radar. No-one knows this better than creative director Wendy Harrop who always has an intuitive understanding of the mood of the moment. For the Tatler Restaurant, she has combined a dreamy wall covering from Black Edition at Romo by contemporary impressionist painter Jessica Zoob with candy pink wallpaper from Brian Yates. Jungle ferns from Sanderson take on a new guise in charcoal and make an eye-catching focal point on the bar. It is all change for the menu, too, with new choices from Absolute Taste.
