Clear as Crystal
Co-founded by Marcel Wanders, Dutch contemporary home brand Moooi has never been one to do things by halves, and its new spin-off brand Moooi Carpets is coming up with products as daring as anything it has done before. Available through Chaplins, it includes the Wanders-designed ‘Crystal Ice’ (pictured), a thrilling kaleidoscope of icy blues. The rug is digitally printed at 76 dots per inch (about the same resolution as a computer screen), which gives the pattern its clarity and colour definition.
