Design Café

The all-day dining menu offers everything from a healthy breakfast, informal, light lunches, afternoon cakes and everything in between – all brought to the table with speed and flair by friendly staff.

Breakfasts of mushrooms on toast with thyme and tarragon or eggs Florentine segue into a lunchtime menu of a dozen changing starters and mains that showcase the best of what’s in season. From healthy options including candied beetroot salad or jeweled spelt and harissa roasted cauliflower to riffs on classics such as ‘pie of the week’, there are also daily specials like grilled salmon with quinoa or sirloin steak with indulgent truffle fries.

Each plate is beautifully presented to appeal to a design-savvy crowd, so expect well-balanced dishes that embody Montana Fogg’s unique approach to vibrant flavour, contrast and texture. Guests can enjoy a glass of champagne or choose from the well-curated wine list.

Quietly elegant, the Design Café is an informal space in a soft palette of pink, smoky grey and olive. Deep leather banquettes and contemporary lighting contribute to the convivial setting.

Dome Café

For something fresh and fast, the Design Café offers seasonal delights such as healthy salads, sandwiches with imaginative fillings, quiches and nourishing home-made soup, all bursting with taste and goodness. There is freshly ground coffee (available with full, oat, almond, soya or coconut milk), a tempting selection of cakes, pastries and biscuits, as well as cold-pressed juices, specialty teas and snacks.

The space in the South Dome is airy and minimal, which visually reflects Montana Fogg’s equally modern and stylish take on food.
