Iconic Ico
Ico is a new furniture collection designed by Roberto Lazzeroni for Ceccotti Collezioni that includes this sinuous sofa of the same name. Lazzeroni describes it as “a sofa conceived to be a protagonist”: he was inspired by the work of mid-century Italian architect and designer Ico Parisi, whose seating rarely employed a straight line or a right angle. ‘Ico’ is available in several sizes, with a choice of two lengths and two depths, while a companion chair possesses the same design traits but with more constrained, compact proportions.
Like all of Ceccotti Collezioni’s portfolio, the sofa is hand-made in the heart of Tuscany, its solid walnut frame showing off the incredible woodworking skills of its makers.
