As inspiration in interiors continues to evolve, the design world is opening up all sorts of exciting possibilities. ‘Legends’ at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour sees international tastemakers from the worlds of design and decoration, art, fashion and architecture collaborate to transform showroom windows and showcases. Creative teams are already busy planning eye-catching displays for this new initiative, bringing visible expressions of imagination, style, wit and verve to London Design Week 2018.
Collaborations, to name but a few, include luxury accessories brand Loewe, teaming up with Morris & Co at Style Library; designer Gesa Hansen, bringing a modern Scandinavian look to Villeroy & Boch; and Gert Voorjans, whose exuberant decorating style is coming to Jim Thompson. There are further collaborations between Gavin Houghton and Tissus D’Hélène; Nina Campbell and Summit Furniture, Maddux Creative and Tim Page Carpets; Studio Kamini and The Silk Gallery, Rachel Willson and Nobilis; and Hill House Interiors and Bella Figura.
